About
Lady Capella is in charge of Vellenice, the fictional capital of her world’s Italy, meaning that in a way she holds power over the other towns’ authorities. She is known to be exceptionally beautiful and charismatic, typically wearing wedding dresses despite not desiring any kind of romance, being very involved in the affairs of her people, and she is supposedly the most powerful Gifted being according to rumors.

Personality
Capella has a captivating charisma around her that makes many easily trust and support her. The townspeople of Vellenice say nothing but good things about her, and her goodwilled actions are appreciated by them as well. The oldest inhabitants can vouch that she did so much for the town since her first day. Her naivity is a double edged sword; it results in her being fooled from time to time by a sad tale, thinking she's extending her kindness to someone who needs it. She also takes things like rumors very seriously, hoping her attempts to be respectable aren't in vain. She can be a bit childish behind the scenes, susceptible to whining or losing her cool over small things like a papercut or stain on her light gowns. While the public doesn't know she's got someone else in charge with her, they often have to care for her or make sure she doesn't let her dependant side show.

Backstory
When she was alive, Capella grew up with her parents in Italy, but they were mainly of Ethiopian descent. At one point her mother had passed early into her childhood, and rather than being down about it, Capella grew up fascinated by the life she led. She adored the way her mother looked in her wedding dress, wishing she could dress that way every day rather than for one day, tucking the gown away forever. Even so, she didn't personally wish to be married, and she had other focuses growing up, such as making the most of her time alongside her half sister, Colombina. Colombina and Capella shared a father by blood, and lived with Colombina's Italian mother as well, living loving lives. She recalls all the trouble they got into as kids, and once they'd grown with different goals, Capella decided she wanted to become a political figure. Supported by her sister and her small town, Capella felt motivated to do great things for others and become as fascinating as those before her. She did wonderfully in the work she chose, enough that she seeked an even higher level of impact, becoming a diplomat in no time. If all good things come to end, then the curtain time for Capella was when she visited her town to celebrate her political advancements. With her sister beside her, she could see a sea of colorful decorations and banners, along with the content smiles of the townspeople. It'd felt as if she'd done so much, but had more to do, but she was happy more than anything. Once a large sinkhole opened up that day in their town, Capella and Colombina were among the casualties lost to the abyss. While it'd looked like Capella's accomplishments had ceased, in another life they surfaced.

Waking up to the sound of rain, red as blood, Capella and Colombina were the first to arrive in Vellenice. From then on many more people appeared one by one, or in pairs like the two sisters, with a hunch that they were important to the other. Early inhabitants remember their town being built from the ground up, Capella leading and keeping everyone's spirits up, surprised as well when those with supernatural abilities were discovered. Rather than deeming those qualities as curses or bad omens, Capella coined those individuals as being Gifted. Even though Capella remembers the days she shared a home with Vellenice's inhabitants as all was in progress, she's just as comfortable in a big mansion she had helped in creating. Her sister encouraged her to be in charge, and Capella followed if it'd benefit both of them, as well as the townspeople that continued to gather. She wonders if her purpose was to always guide and care for others, enjoying it, but she also wondered about the purpose of the blue gems in their world. Keeping it a secret, when she first appeared in their red world, Capella and Colombina found themselves in awe over a blue gem enclosed in a pendant simply lying on the ground. It was mesmerizing, and held near other colors it'd reflect more colors like purple and green. Still, they told no one but searched around to find more of the jewels. Colombina could control the crows in their town, being able to see through the birds' eyes when she closed hers, finding a few gems in the early days of the other towns, yet there were a few scattered. In the early ruins of their town, Capella found a stony fountain that she built her home around. If she looked into the water, there were indents that the gem she had fit perfectly into, still, she held onto hers. With the number of gems they had being outnumbered by the slots, they knew they needed to find the rest of the gems if it meant something great to the world, perhaps they'd find out why they are where they are. Keeping quiet as Colombina mainly kept watch for any whereabouts, Capella continued to live her life with the town blossoming, and ultimately with Emii's arrival. The day Emii showed up, a crow had taken Capella's pendant, accidentally dropping it in the area Emii manifested in. Thinking it was at her side for a reason, Emii took care of it, ultimately catching Capella's eye when she found the necklace she once lost. Considering the child very responsible, similar in personality to Colombina, Capella decided to let her have it for now, but expects it back when the time comes.

As time goes by, Capella continues to sit back until someone requests something of her. There haven't been any new inhabitants that need her assistance in getting settled, the last person to appear being Emii as far she knows. If Capella and Colombina were the first, would Emii's significance as the last to show be just as important? The strange child is like the two sisters Capella thinks, where she wears nightgowns casually like Capella's usage of wedding dresses, or that she's as cunning and quiet as Colombina. Knowing she's working as a detective, Capella enjoys hearing about what she can do. To date Capella is aware that she possesses the majority of their world's blue gems. Even though she's iterated to Emii that she has to guard the one she carries, she won't reveal the information she knows about them to the child. She thinks that if something truly important is at risk of being discovered, she'd rather exclude any of the townspeople for their own safety. This is where her mindset clashes with her sister, Colombina. On the other hand, Colombina is willing to put others at risk to solve the mystery of their world. She finds Emii to be a hurdle, someone sharp who could easily become involved if Capella isn't careful around her. Colombina has a hunch as well; if they're in a world where skills are predetermined, where no one was born, there must've been a previous life. If the rain is such a sinister vermillion color, could it be something terrible happened before? If that's the case Colombina would rather find out herself before Capella does..
